Traditional Homemade Khichiya Papad

Khichiya papad is a traditional Indian papad (thin cracker) made mainly from rice flour, water, and spices like cumin Garlic(optional) or green chili.
It is prepared by cooking the rice flour mixture into a dough, rolling it very thin, and sun-drying it. Once dried, it is roasted or fried before eating and is known for its light, crispy texture.
Khichiya papad is especially popular in Rajasthan and Gujarat and is often served as a snack or side dish with meals.
